In 2021, ES Goodman identified a prime opportunity in Niantic, CT for the development of a mixed-use property. The site had previously been approved for a similar project that was later abandoned, and with the original approvals nearing expiration, ES Goodman successfully acquired the property, reimagined the architectural design, and expedited the process to break ground within six months. Construction commenced in February of 2022 and was completed in March of 2023.

The Norton was brought to life to provide luxury residential and local retail space to Main Street in Niantic, CT.
