ES Goodman Group plans to undertake a comprehensive historic renovation to redevelop the property as The Beseck, a mixed-use project that will transform the long-underutilized Main Street building into 42 residential apartments and two updated ground-floor commercial spaces.

Located in the heart of Middletown’s walkable downtown, The Beseck is designed to support local businesses while delivering high-quality housing in a central, transit-accessible setting.
