Nolan manages business development as well as strategic finance and operations for ES Goodman.

He earned a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, receiving a certificate in public management and social innovation. Previously, Nolan competed as a professional ski racer, representing the United States in three Olympic Games, and held cross-functional roles in the private equity industry and at ChargePoint, a leading electric vehicle charging company.

As the son of a contractor, Nolan has been immersed in the construction industry for much of his life, bringing a unique perspective to his role at ES Goodman.
