Nate brings over 20 years of legal expertise to ES Goodman, focusing on governance, securitization and project financing, and litigation management. In addition to his role at ES Goodman, Nate serves as legal counsel for LeMaitre Vascular, a publicly traded NASDAQ corporation based in Massachusetts.

He earned dual B.A.s in economics and international relations from Boston University and a J.D. from New England Law Boston. Admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, Nate supports ES Goodman in achieving their strategic objectives through comprehensive legal and financial oversight.
