Kody oversees the day-to-day management of ES Goodman’s construction projects, drawing on over 18 years of hands-on construction site experience. In addition to his role at ES Goodman, Kody serves as Principal for BG Ventures, LLC (d/b/a K Blake and Company), an affiliated Groton-based construction company.

Raised in a family deeply involved in small-town New England building projects, Kody has developed expertise in managing the successful completion of iconic mixed-use and residential properties across the region. His approach blends traditional New England design with the modern amenities and features expected in contemporary builds, ensuring every project balances authenticity with functionality.
