Eric brings over 20 years of project development and construction experience to ES Goodman, managing and overseeing all facets of the business’ operations. In addition to his role at ES Goodman, Eric serves as Principal for BG Ventures, LLC (d/b/a K Blake and Company), an affiliated Groton-based construction company.

He earned a B.A. in economics and sociology and a minor in business information systems from Eastern Connecticut State University and a J.D. from New England Law Boston, with a concentration in business planning and tax law. Previously, Eric held roles as a financial advisor to professional athletes, an executive in both startup and established private companies, and a leader at an executive search firm.

Eric is committed to utilizing local labor and suppliers on all projects, aligning with his philosophy of fostering community growth.
