In 2023, ES Goodman partnered with a property owner to revitalize a stalled development project on a two-acre site in East Lyme, CT. Originally approved but left inactive, ES Goodman stepped in to secure financing and oversee the execution of construction. The plans included the renovation of the existing 19th-century Italianate-style home and barn, alongside the development of a residential complex comprising three buildings with 17 townhouses and three separate garage buildings. Construction commenced in August 2023 and was completed in June 2024.

The townhouses at 138 Boston Post Road were designed to offer market-rate housing to the East Lyme, CT community while preserving and renovating the historic house and barn on the property. This project demonstrated ES Goodman’s ability to partner with property owners, overcoming development challenges to deliver high-quality projects.
